Hello everyone, if you're in the Bartow area, I advise exercising caution when ordering from Bedrock Wings. The chicken I received was undercooked, and when I asked for a refund, they were argumentative and only provided a partial refund. The customer service was lacking, with no apologies or recognition of the problem.
Fantastic food and even friendlier staff. Their wings are undoubtedly the best in the area. The team always makes sure you have a great experience. I love coming here to eat.
I always order the wings special. While their other baskets are tasty, I just can't get enough of the wings. Even with a small price increase because of supply chain challenges, the daily specials remain excellent value. You can’t go wrong dining here.
