When they brought my food, I found they had only given me 5 poppers instead of 8. I was confused as I never received a receipt and didn't know what I had paid for.

I used the drive-thru and received my order quickly, as expected. However, I accidentally left my credit card behind and realized it the next day. When I called to see if they could send it to me by mail, the manager explained that they had a policy of only releasing cards in person. This meant that I would have to make a 120-mile round trip to retrieve my card, which was inconvenient for me. Despite my attempts to reason with the manager, she stuck to the policy, citing security concerns. I found this to be unreasonable, as the chances of someone else using my card were slim. I later discovered that there was no such policy from corporate, leaving me frustrated with the lack of customer service. It was a missed opportunity for the restaurant to turn a potentially bad experience into a positive one. In the end, I hope that the leadership team will consider implementing more common sense practices and prioritize customer satisfaction over rigid policies.
