This employee is not only rude and disrespectful, but the Bulgarian music he's playing on his phone is also inappropriate for a business setting. My 15-year-old daughter has also mentioned that he has been rude to her on several occasions. As a regular customer who visits early in the morning on my way to work, I appreciate the friendly service from the overnight clerk and the Indian lady. I spend a good amount of money at this store each week, but I may need to start looking for other options.

He is a heavier-set individual with curly hair and glasses. I hope that a manager or owner reads this and considers evaluating his conduct. His lack of professionalism and rudeness is concerning, and I wouldn't want him representing my company.
