What Richard Ledner likes about Little Bird:
Really enjoy the food here. Service can be a bit average and the cafe can be very noisy, but the menu is good, the food is good quality, and the portion sizes are generous. Probably best brekkies in Barton area View all feedback.

read moreLittle Bird in Barton is a hidden gem in Canberra, offering a light and airy space with a nice touch of greenery. Despite being busy on most days with an office crowd, it was easy to get a table for a large group on the weekend. The menu offers great breakfast and lunch options, with highlights like the muesli bowl and house-made crumpet that stand out from the supermarket varieties. The cafe has received mixed reviews with some customers complaining about the inattentive and unhelpful staff, while others praise the delicious dishes such as the Reuben Toasted Sandwich and Slow-roasted pumpkin salad. Overall, Little Bird seems to be a hit or miss depending on the experience.
