Wendy's - Bartlett

Fast fresh and polite. in contrast to many almost food restaurants

Order 2 half and half hairdresser. I only have 1 chocolate. I asked about my other half frost and got only vanilla. I only have 1 spoon. had not got cracker for my chili, did not get a quitting until I asked.

Went through the drive thru to order my lunch. I order a large chilli and sour cream chives potato with a medium drink. They gave me my bag and drink and when I went just down the street into the bank. I noticed my chilli wasn’t closed properly and got all over my passenger seat. Not only that but couldn’t even enjoy my lunch break. I tried calling the location and they didn’t even answer the phone. So Now I’m going back to work without eating lunch but now have to pay for a professional interior car clean.

Love there chicken sandwich spicy. Fries are awesome. Food was fast.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget and a couple of other items. Forgot the 10 piece nuggets. Then tried to call them to tell them that they forgot the nuggets and then I would be on my way to get them and I Musta called 10 times and nobody answered the phone. I understand that they could be short staffed but somebody can pick up the phone. You do have customers outside of your restaurant.
