Frequent complaints highlight undercooked items, incorrect drink flavors, and a lack of communication from the staff, creating frustration among guests. Many note that interactions with employees are rushed and unfriendly, detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, conflicts over order accuracy and excessive wait times reflect a troubling pattern of inadequate customer service. Despite a few bright spots, such as delicious coconut milk options, the restaurant's issues have prompted many patrons to reconsider their future visits, leaving them disappointed and frustrated.
Normally, this was our go-to location for dining out. However, after today's experience, I don't think we will be returning. When we placed our order for two toasted croissants, the staff member seemed very confused. After finalizing our order and moving forward to pay, a teenage boy informed us that they had run out of croissants. We agreed to have them replaced with donuts without any issue. As we waited, the same teenage boy and another young boy engaged in a conversation that made me feel very uncomfortable, with inappropriate language used while working at the drive-thru window. Despite wanting to ask for a refund, we had already been waiting in line for quite some time due to a busy period. It appears that there are a lot of young people working on Sundays, which is not a problem. However, they need to ensure they are focused on their tasks and maintain professional conversations. It seemed like they were busy, but not necessarily doing their job effectively.
I ordered two donuts but only received one in the bag. When I asked for the other one, the employee handed me dirty napkins from where he was wiping off my spilled drink. I also ordered an XL-size cup, but the employee insisted it was an XL despite my doubts. When I got home and compared it to a cup I had from the previous day, I realized I had actually been given a large size instead of the XL I had paid for.
I have repeatedly experienced stale and unappetizing donuts at this restaurant. This has happened to me multiple times.
Busy, staff was busy so interactions were short with no pleasantries. Took a while to get my order in, took longer to get my food and drink. I was a walk in order, the drive thru was busy.
The two stars is for the service. It is usually good. The doughnuts?EVERY time I go here?are old. They are at least a day old because I can't eat them the next day they are so hard and dry. I am trying to understand what time of day or what day of theweek they are fresh. Anyone know of another dnut place in this area?
