I went here yesterday with my husband and daughter. unfortunately, we got our drinks half way in our meals. The waitress never checked on us after our food was given until she gave us the check. My daughter and I wanted to find a good Mexican restaurant nearby. Saw a flier for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We had no idea that it was in the Bartlett Plaza and that it opened 2 years ago. We have been long time Bartlett residents and didn’t see it on the right side of the Plaza near the bowling alley. My family and i came for dinner, it took an hour to get gets, and another 45 to order our food. me and one other person got milkshakes, my chocolate one, had no taste of chocolate at all, AND tasted like water. it wasn’t busy. You guys need better customer service.
I just came from One Taco Dos Taquila . I ordered guacamole and two cheese and one chicken enchilada. I got a plate that LOOKED right. I thought the guac was under a bunch of lettuce one my plate and two of the enchiladas were cheese under the sauce. Not so. No guacamole, and all three enchiladas were chicken. Waitress said she was sorry but did not offer to fix anything. Since I was hungry and had started eating I just had her take the guac off the bill. The food was OK. Not the best Mexican I 've had, but not bad. The killer came with the bill. My waitress had added a 20% tip on my charge card before I signed it or even saw it. This was not a package or group order with an included tip just one person for dinner. Since when do waiters add their own tips? I am not one to make a scene or argue, so I just paid and left. But I will NEVER eat there again. I suggest you never eat there either.
One Taco Dos Tequila is amazing. Friendly staff greets you when you walk in. I've dealt with 2 different waiters very Friendly. The last 3x we were in, we had Dennis wait on us. Absolutely helpful friendly. When I ask for suggestions, he's very helpful. I have not 1 complaint. I highly recommend this place
Bar/restaurant set up, food is pretty good, pricier but the portions are large. Not my first choice for Mexican food but I would come here again.
The food is fantastic, the staff is excellent, and the margaritas are delicious!
