I had four Separate orders the manager was on the register. He He promptly took the orders, helped with suggestions, was extremely Courteous. As for the Atmosphere, this hwy 64 store has just been remodel, and it was super neat and clean. The soda machine Dispensed perfectly formulated soda. The whole experience was fantastic. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Skip if possible. The appeal of fast food is so it’s FAST. But, this location always takes forever to get food. The last time I was in there, they said they were going to “stop taking orders” with a line full of people. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. Line was short when I pulled in, but we ended up sitting there 25 minutes. Food was great.
The staff at this restaurant deserve a raise. They work as efficiently as a full team with just a few employees. I commend you all for going above and beyond your normal duties.
The cashier Laciana told us in a very loud voice that she will match my wife?s attitude. Look my wife just asked for my son to have a kids frosty. The manager Nelle said she will take our complaint. That we don?t need to call corporate on her. I will never eat at this location ever again. The girl was pulled away by another employee because she told me what am I gonna do. As if she wanted to fight me. I?m not above whooping someone but I will not act that way in front of my 7 or 16 year old son. You need to handle this because if not the news will report what happens next.
Staff was young yet pleasantly upbeat, chill, polite, professional, and unnecessarily apologetic even when we had a slight error with order. When staff get along well together and there's great management, it shows in the employees mood and work ethic. They were glad to fix everything and did so quickly. America's favorite fast food breakfast...spread the word bacon lovers!
This wendys was so rude food wasnt all that great and employee at drive thru window was rushing.
