I was part of a group of 15 celebrating a bachelor party, and we were served efficiently. Our food arrived fairly quickly. I ordered the BBQ combo, which included ribs, pulled pork, a quarter chicken, and jalapeno cornbread. While the pulled pork and ribs were a bit dry in some spots, I was generally pleased with both the food and the beer. If you're in the area for skiing or snowboarding, I recommend checking this place out.

My favorite sandwich is the Brisket Sandwich, which comes with coleslaw on cinnamon raisin bread (and of course, extra Austin!). It’s not a combination I would have ever thought to order, but I tried it years ago based on a recommendation, and now I bring others to The Moat just to experience this sandwich. So far, no one has been disappointed! If you're in North Conway, you definitely need to have lunch here. They have a great yard where you can wait for a table while the kids run around.

Their Cajun fries a... read more Great food, great BBQ, and good beer. I had their brisket sandwich and I will say that it compares to some of the brisket I've had in Texas. Their Cajun fries are great and definitely adds the flavor regular boring fries needs. I had their Stout and thatwas good as well, wasn't able to try their other beers, but all in all whenever I'm in the area again I'll be sure to stop andhave another beer there.

Brisket nachos were big and loaded with toppings. Mac and cheese with side of pulled pork was alsoamazing, super cheesy and a huge portion.

We had to wait about 20 minutes to get a table, but once we got in the service was phenomenal! We had our drinks served to us within a minute of ordering and I believe the foodwas given to us within 5 minutes of placing our order! Craziness! Food was amazing and the beer was good as well! 5 stars
