Just came by the drive thru to pick up my large iced coffee made with oat milk and a shot of French vanilla- never thought I would get literal sugar in place of coffee. It was SO sweet. I came all the way back home and tried calling so they can replace it for me next time, but just my luck, no one is even picking up the phone. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I went through the drive-thru to buy ice cream, but the girl working there told me they were closed. I was surprised and asked why, to which she explained that the company's ice cream section closes early. It seems I can't get ice cream at 8 o'clock. This is the second time this week that I went to this location. I would advise not going here it?s a waste of money. My food was cold and hash browns cold and hard. My black coffee tasted like mud water and they forgot to give me my donut. I would givethis place 0 Stars. I will NEVER return to this location.
The service was excellent the portion size was extreme just the way I like it I love a lot LOL so needless to say they make sure to scoop up a lot of ice cream LOL great service thank you so
Best DD in the area. I've been to nearly every DD in a 15 mile radius 9f the Bartlett location, and this is the most consistent DD.
I like it lots. Good ice cream and good birthday cake.
We’ve been to this location multiple times, and the customer service is very poor. Quality of food is ok, but the service is terrible.
