I asked t... read more I went there in the morning to get one breakfast sandwich, a large iced latte, and a doughnut. When I got to the window, I saw my bill was almost $30. I asked the woman at the window, it’s $30 for three items? She said yes and charged me. I got the receipt and saw they charged me for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Then a rude man came to the window and tried to tell me I ordered three when I ordered one. I kept telling him that I ordered one and he kept telling me I ordered three. I know what I ordered. Very unprofessional customer service, I will not be back. Worse location to go to in Bartlett. I constantly have issues with that location.
