This restaurant has a negative work atmosphere, characterized by a manager who frequently raises their voice and dismisses staff inquiries. The coffee is also disappointing and not up to par with other Dunkin' locations. To avoid any hassle, it's best to skip ordering here.
The rudest experience... It was 6:37 AM on our way to work when we pulled up to the drive-thru. After waiting for 2 minutes with no one speaking to us, we started to wonder if they were even open. We drove around and saw two cars in front of us. When we finally got to the window, an older man with gray hair rudely told us, "Why didn't you wait there? You CANNOT ORDER HERE," and went on with more complaints. We decided to leave. Seriously?
The drive-thru service is very quick.
Was rushing me the entire order and after the first item he was quick to say pull up to the window. Then proceeded to tell me he can't make hot chai tea latte and was just very rude. My experience here was so bad that I didn't even complete my visit here. Do not go here!!!
