Culver's - Bartlett

Newly designed and clean restaurant. All the employees in the restaurant were operating by rules, the masks were on properly and food was being handled professionally.

The more I come to the Bartlett location the more I end up being dissatisfied with the service. I say that as someone who has been to a lot of other Culver 's locations including out of state. I also go out of my way to locations that have my favorite Flavor of the Day custard. The people working this particular location seem to be more intested in closing shop immediately at their posted closing time at the expense of customer experience. To the point that they start to do end of day cleaning an hour and a half before close, which includes tearing down the custard machine. I tend to dine-in late in the evening and this is the only restaurant that I 've encountered that actually will turn off the lights before walking the dining area to ask people to leave, within minutes of closing time.

Culver's is expensive. But their butter burgers are top notch. And their cement mixers are the best shakes out there. HOWEVER.. it would be nice if, for as pricey as they are, the shake was at least within an inch or so from the top of the lid. Because mine was about an inch below the lip of the cup BEFORE the lid. Not cool, Culver's. Not cool.

Great food and truly love Genesis Gray ??????????????awesome worker and extremely kind?. Very helpful and patient?. She deserve a raise and level up in the company!!!!

Haven't been to a Culver's in MANY years but glad I went to the location on 59 ..the people working were so nice,friendly patient..the food was delicious fresh!!! I will definitely make it there again!!
