I’ve been going to Culver’s since high school….. NEVER EVER in almost 25 years have I heard that if you want to redeem a receipt for a free scoop of ice cream you have to take the receipt to the same location you got food from…… the manager Christina went out of her way to deny me ice cream that was already made….. so either the ice cream melts or you throw it away……. I saw a previous review from 2 months when you did the same thing…. Epic Management Fail Christina be less petty and more better tomorrow.
