The wallet was empty afterwards, but it was worth every cent. The service was fantastic, the meat, the preparation and the live flambéing were incredible. We had Wagyu and I have to say everyone who says it's a different level is right. You have to experience it, take the time and just enjoy it. We will never forget this day and will definitely do it again. The pushy waiter practically forced us to choose one of the cuts of meat he presented to us from his cupboard. Just to finally appease him and get him to let us continue our conversation with our business partner in peace, we chose a piece of beef more out of desperation. The unpleasant waiter then proceeded to tell a great story about the animal 's legendary origins. We were then expected to take the large piece of beef, with its huge bones, whole. So, we were forced to share this 1.2 kg piece with our dinner guest. It was a farce. The meat was inedible. Tough as leather. None of the three of us could chew it. So, we all had to spit it out. Simply disgusting. The unpleasant waiter simply said that this can happen sometimes. They are, after all, animals, not all of them are the same. But he added that this breed is otherwise fantastic. Thanks to him, we had to pay 230 euros for this piece of meat alone. No apology, no replacement offered, and they demanded the full price. Simply outrageous and tasteless. We just wanted to get out of this dump. We feel cheated. I would also like to point out that all the dry-aged cuts of meat on display were vacuum-packed in foil from their own aging cabinet. How is that even possible in an aging cabinet?? Our advice: Stay well clear of this place. This con man doesn 't have the slightest clue about good food. Even a McDonald 's meal tastes worlds better.
