The 55+ bre... read more So IHOP decided to change name to IHOB with emphasis on burgers instead of pancakes. On this trip I had breakfast, didn't try out their burgers yet. The 55+ breakfast sampler (you don't actually have to be 55) hit the spot just right without overloading oneself on carbs and unnecessary calories. One egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 small piece ham, 1 sausage link, 1 little square ha hash brown, 1 small pancake. All for $8.50. Service was cheerful and prompt.

The Colorado Omelet, filled with crushed beef, fresh diced vegetables, and cheese, was simply amazing. It was perfectly cooked, a generous size, and tasted fantastic. The service was excellent, even amidst all the concerns about the virus, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. I wish the place I usually go to could learn a thing or two from this location.

I went with... read more IHOP has transformed into IHOB, emphasizing burgers over pancakes. During my recent visit, I opted for breakfast and have yet to try their burgers. I went with the 55 breakfast sampler (you don't have to be 55 to enjoy it), which was perfectly portioned without overindulging in carbs or unnecessary calories. It includes one egg, a slice of bacon, a slice of ham, a sausage link, a small square of hash browns, and a mini pancake—all for just $8.50. The service was friendly and attentive.
