They do a great job at being rude, rolling eyes, there's no signage when you arrive so you wait to order and after 10 minutes they tell you that you have to go to the back of the store to the cashier andorder first. Ridiculous no says anything!!

The guy filling the orders got mine wrong. When I pointed it out he dumped the incorrect flavor back in the tub, scooped up the correct flavor, slapped it on the counter and walked away without a single word. The ice cream was deliciousbut I regret spending my money here.

So when I asked what the flavors were she proceeded to sigh heavily and stated that there are some with chocolate, somewith caramel and some with fruit. So I asked for fruit flavors and was told sherbert. Idk how they expect to stay open or whythey even bother having ice cream . Maybe when they open the lobby I 'll try again, but I guess I 'm just going to have to go toPeggy Sue 's for decent ice cream and good service.

I was originally hir... read more A lot of reviews mention the lack of staff, but it seems like they aren?t even interested in hiring here most times even when understaffed. I was originally hired here in 2019 but there was a ownership change. After I finished all my training and evenhad the uniform they basically told me tough luck and to apply again. Never got paid for it either sadly. I live in Victorvilleso I had to drive all the way here multiple times to keep applying. They never answer the phone so that?s why I had to keepdriving over there to apply. Anyways I applied a month ago and the manager said she?d call me, she never did. I called againtoday (nov 21,2022) and a guy who sounded high af answered the phone. I asked if they were hiring again (it was a miracle theyeven answered the phone) and the lady said no in a rude way. Like I want a job and they are understaffed but the whole place isrun very strangely.

Some people are short... read more It's 4 and not 3 because of the amount of new employees I see come through there. There is a huge inconsistency with products and people. Some people are short when speaking to you. Some are friendly. I can order the same drink on different occasions andit is very different each time. Sometimes it too much ice(easy fix). Others is too bitter, too sweet, not the right ingredients.The Oreo capachino blast for example. I stopped because I would be given a mocha, or a medium would end up with way more Oreothan a large. Refresher would be sometimes sweet others bitter. I know the issue is training. It's not their fault. It seemslike a lack of staff because no one wants to work where there are over worked. That's what it seems to me. I don't know. Maybespend the proper time training staff.
