Arby's - Barstow

The service at this fast food restaurant was absolutely terrible, the worst I have ever experienced. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals, but was not asked what size I wanted. When I requested that one of the orders be increased to the large size, I was met with outward hostility as if I was wasting their time. I waited 12 minutes at the window without any response. The food itself was great and would have merited at least a 4-star rating if not for the bad service.

The service at this restaurant is very welcoming. I went during a busy time and there was a line, but the food was delicious and my order was correct. The restaurant has a spacious interior and offers a variety of meat options. My favorite is the Bratbeef, but the chicken, turkey, and fish are also tasty. I've heard they slow cook the meat overnight, can anyone confirm? The specials are always a great choice. I found it amusing that despite the freezing weather outside, they had a window sticker advertising ice cream. I was tempted to get one, even though I was already cozy in my car with two jackets on.

The Classic French Dip with Swiss cheese was hot and delicious, while the Classic Roast Beef was perfect for reheating the next day. The Premium Nuggets were enjoyed by my granddaughter, and the best crinkle-cut fries were hot and delicious. All condiments requested were included, although they forgot to provide napkins.

The Greek Gyro at this restaurant is one of my favorites - it was so delicious. I accidentally ordered curly fries instead of crinkle fries and they were cold and not enjoyable. My granddaughter devoured the Premium Nuggets (4 pieces). The Cherry Turnover and Apple Turnover were both delicious.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch. I tried the French dip, beef and cheese sandwich, and Cherry and apple turnovers, and they were all excellent. I highly recommend this place for its delicious food and exceptional service.
