Tim Hortons - Barrie

I am soo done with this place. Everytime they don’t have what I want . Service is very slow . There were 7 staff I counted and we were 4 people in raw still it took 20 mins to get there and when I ask for what I want they don’t have it . The place is not cleaned I saw them putting the same lid they drop on the floor on the coffee . Today I ordered online while waiting for 25 mins when I asked how much more time will it take they say they don’t have the chicken . And my whole break just went without anything. Highly disappointed

The people who run this location clearly work so hard. The lines are always so long and it's not easy to work in fast food. However, this is honestly the worst Tim Horton's location I have ever been to. The new employees are clueless and many have poor customer service skills. This isn't the fault of the employees, but this location needs to be stocked like a regular location. There should be ice Capps after several days without them. They should have normal menu items. The staff should be adequately trained. I am so disappointed every time that I have to try to remember to buy my food from literally anywhere else on campus.

Extremely long wait times. Watched them take over 10 mins to make each persons order, as simple as a drink. Waited an unexpectedly long time before stepping away for some moments to inform my meeting why I was late. Came back to receive my items and lady at the counter was unnecessarily rude when I asked for my items, blaming me. Ruined my mood and reminded me why I stopped ordering tim hortons. Would have been faster to go to my car and drive elsewhere and back.
