I've given them two chances; the first... read more I highly advise against visiting this Subway location. I ordered online and they completely disregarded my instructions. I've given them two chances; the first time I tried to be understanding, but it was a mistake. They do not toast your sandwiches when you order online, and if you request extra toppings on the app, you actually receive less. Everything that is supposed to be hot comes out cold. I can't comprehend why the food quality here is so poor compared to the Subway on 410 Essa. The only reason I came here was because they still offer jalapeños and crispy onions, but that was a bad decision. Do yourself a favor and go to the 410 Essa location where the staff actually knows how to make a proper sandwich.

Additionally, when I requested to charge for soda and cookies, he forgot to add it. Overall, I would rate this place a 3/10. The food itself was still okay.
