From the very first sip, you're enveloped in a sumptuous mocha flavor, followed by a pleasant coffee kick that isn’t too overpowering. It feels like they’ve hit the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, and the whipped cream on top provides a delightful, creamy finish. In addition to the drink, the customer service is consistently exceptional. The café’s atmosphere—complete with comfortable seating and a calming playlist—further enhances the experience. However, it's important to note that, like most of Starbucks’ specialty drinks, the Mocha Frappe comes with a slightly higher price point. But considering the taste and overall experience, I believe it’s worth every penny. If you enjoy mocha or Frappuccinos, do yourself a favor and try Starbucks’ latest Mocha Frappe. It’s a luxurious treat that feels indulgent, and trust me, it is absolutely worth it.

Abby was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and has become my new favorite barista. The food was delicious, and their drinks were just as great. I highly recommend this place!

This Starbucks is exceptionally well-managed. The manager is truly committed to delivering excellent customer service and sets a fantastic example for the staff. I've been working here for a few days and have observed their entire workflow. I really love this Starbucks!

Always been a regular Starbucks customer, first time trying this location. There’s 5 people waiting for their drinks as I type this and 6 people working behind the counter. I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes just for my coffee. Unacceptable!
