We live locally and this was our first time in the Simcoe County Museum! We went for their Halloween event “Boo-seum”. It was a very well-run event, so much fun, and we will be for other events next year and many times during the year! Children (5

We finally have the chance to play at Simcoe County Museum Skate Trail this weekend, well maintained and beautiful trail, friendly helpful staff. It's a fantastic experience.

It’s a small museum but interesting!. There are indoor and outdoor parts. Take time about 1 hour.

Displays are very high quality. Kids loved the children's hands-on area and the interpretive session with the school house teacher. Q*Bert game was a hit with our 11 year old and made Mom and Dad feel quite old that our childhood now qualifies as museum worthy! :

Went to a Victorian Christmas night hosted at the museum grounds. It was a great night with live bell orchestrations, displays from local artisans and horse drawn wagon rides around the grounds with apple cider along the way.
