The nachos were very good and between just two they weren't an appetizer they were a meal. Tried some of their house brews some were good, some I didn't care for.Staff was attentive without being smothering, friendly without being smarmy.A nice time and took the opportunity to take some travellers home with me.

Servers do need to nail down... read more We stopped in Sunday afternoon on our way home from up north. The industrial setting is fun and the service was fast and friendly. Servers do need to nail down their timing a bit though ... ours came right over to explain the menu, daily special, what they were out of, etc when we had barely sat down and my husband was actually in the washroom. I had to re-explain it all to him. A few times we had to wait longer than seemed warranted on a quiet Sunday, or flag servers down for drink refreshers, dessert or salt and pepper which was not on the table. Beers are really tasty and good variety. They are however all served at the same ice-cream-headache chilled temperature, and I had to let mine warm up/open up a bit in order to enjoy the style as it's meant to be served. Trout dish was outstanding, as was the butter tart with beer pairing for dessert. Overall, a nice addition to Barrie and I'd go back.

When my wife... read more The staff were fantastic—always present at just the right moments to check if we needed anything without being intrusive. The food was exceptional. When my wife and I first entered the restaurant, I expected frozen burgers and mediocre pub food, but I was completely mistaken; the cuisine was outstanding, surpassing the quality of many steakhouses I’ve visited. I also picked up a couple of shirts from the store, and they were of great quality as well. And let’s not forget the beer; it was incredible, with my personal favorite being the 'leather interior.' Kudos to Redline Brewhouse for exceeding my expectations. I’m thrilled to say I’ve found my new favorite restaurant! Sincerely, Randy.
