But the best pizza I had was gluten free... read more Had both regular and gluten free pizzas on three occasions. The Italian is very good particularly on the regular crust. But the best pizza I had was gluten free chicken pesto, it was the best tasting pizza I may have ever had. Terrific choice for pizza if you're in the area.

I come back in 10 mins and... read more Went to this pizza ville for lunch with a friend. I had ordered the mild chicken poppers and she told us 10 -15 min wait, no problem. I come back in 10 mins and she told me they don’t have mild so she’s giving me spicy wasn’t even offered a refund. I told her no as I can’t eat spicy foods so she gave me wings instead. I understand running out of product but instead of assuming wait for me to come back or start taking numbers to call and inform people when out of something. Very poor customer service and experience.

Delivery service is hit and miss, but the pizza is good, so we have been quietly tolerating the mediocrity (and always leaving the 15% tip at the moment of purchase). Sometimes they’re fast and amazing, sometimes they miss your order and you have no dinner never mind, you have to adjust and live with what you can nowadays. Today though they beat all of their own records, so I feel like I have to leave the review at this point. We always ask for contactless delivery, so depending on the driver, sometimes they knock, sometimes they ring the bell, but they always let you know when the pizza is here. Today we got a call from an unknown number, which we ignored due to the volume of spam, there was no voice mail, so we forgot about it and carried on with our night and waiting for the pizza; 55 minutes into the waiting time husband was about to call the pizza place, and I said maybe that was the pizza when someone called. We went on the porch, and sure enough, there was the pizza sitting there. The pizza was on the porch for 13 minutes when we discovered it. Luckily, it feels like 34 degrees outside right now, so it didn’t get cold, but it did cool off. That’s fine we thought, it’s even better colder. But then, check out the video. “This place, they don’t cut the pizza, and they pass their savings on to you!”.
