Papa John's Pizza - Barrie

If this was my first time ordering I wouldn't order again. I asked for tomatoes and there wasn't any on it also the pepperoni was almost burnt and there was hardly any sauce. It was almost like it was made earlier and then warmed up. I am reallydisappointed with my pizza. Usually it it very good but not this time.

Ordered a large pepperoni sausage bacon pizza a few weeks ago from Papa John's at 336 Young Street. The delivery guy shows up go to pay him and his debit debit machine had no paper. The pizza wasn't really cooked that good and the next everybody thatate it was sick running to the washroom. I've heard from several people that they had the same experience I wouldn't even givethis place one stair.

Best pizza I have had in a while. First time ordering here. Had stuffed crust an jalapeño poppers. Order was delivered hot and fresh. Will order again. .

I would never order from this Papa Johns location again (336 Yonge Street, Barrie). In May 2022, I placed a delivery order through the Papa John app. A glitch in Papa Johns system (on their side, not mine) meant my order was never received. HOWEVER,my credit card details were loaded in the app, and so I was charged for the pizza, delivery and tip for the driver. I receivedno pizza and no refund. I submitted an online feedback form through Papa Johns website. I also called the 336 Yonge StreetPapa Johns location directly a couple times. The manager there has never called me back or acknowledged my inquiries. Afternumerous calls, over a 1 month period, to Papa John?s main customer care (and having to hear the same routine answer of ?theorder shows it was cancelled? but no one able to tell me why my money was never credited back to my card), I elevated theissue to a supervisor. I finally got a credit for the amount they had billed my card. I used it, and it?ll be the last time Iever deal with Papa Johns again. I recommend to everyone to remove pre populated credit card info from your Papa Johns app, ifyou use it. And if you ever have billing issues, do not expect this location nor the main customer service line to be of anyhelp. Probably the worst customer service experience ever.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza came with no pepperoni even though it was on the sticker on the side of the box. Called the store and they basically hung up on me. No apologies or anything. Check your pizza before paying forit.
