I ordered a sub and a salad, making it clear that I couldn't have chicken at all because I was in a hurry after coming from the hospital. When I got home, I discovered there was chicken in my order, so I couldn't eat it. It was unfortunate that they were closed when I realized the mistake. I called the manager, but they refused to resolve the issue, so I will never eat there again. It seems like they cared more about my money than I did.

The lady said it was, but then another staff member overheard her... read more My pregnant wife went to this restaurant to get a sandwich and asked if the grill was working. The lady said it was, but then another staff member overheard her and inexplicably decided to clean the grill! She said she was supposed to grill it, despite hearing my wife, who is pregnant, request it. I found that really rude. I used to love this place, but the way my wife was treated was completely uncalled for. She ended up crying because all she wanted was a grilled sandwich. We went home, and I just put it on the grill myself. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.

The sandw... read more This is the second time we've ordered subs from this location, and unfortunately, both times the bread has been terrible, falling apart and crumbling. The sandwiches don't taste anything like the subs we usually get from our local spot. There appears to be something off about how this place prepares their subs, and it likely has a lot to do with the bread quality. We ended up throwing away the second half of our sandwiches.

I was in hurry as i just came from hospital. When I got home realized there was chicken in my order so I could not eat.Conviently they were closed when I realized. Put a call into manager and refuses to rectify the situation so will never eatthere again. Obviously you needed my money more then I did.

The sandwiches here do not taste anything like the subs we get from a location in the town we live in.There?s something not right with how this location makes their subs and it might have a lot to do with the bread. We both threwour second half away
