Ok the outside is downright ugly and an indicator of the inside. Sorry but it's true.

The gravy tasted like powder, popcorn chicken wasn't quite cooked enough. We were not offered dipping sauces and given an attitude when asked for them after being ignored at the counter. The pop machine had no drink that was full strength, we informed them but they did nothing until a big group came in and made a huge scene. The store had no salt, completely run out and staff wasn't concerned about it either... Avoid this store!!

Ordered delivery from this KFC online through KFC’s website at 7:00pm, food showed up 2 hours later at 9pm, checked order contents missing half the order. Calle... read more Ordered delivery from this KFC online through KFC’s website at 7:00pm, food showed up 2 hours later at 9pm, checked order contents missing half the order. Called the store and was taken through a rigamarole that we’d have to go pick up the remaining items, demanded that it wasn’t our mistake and to either refund us for the missing items or send another driver out. They opted for sending another driver out. It is now 10:30pm and no sign of a driver. Absolutely garbage customer service, absolutely garbage QA skills and absolutely garbage that KFC corporate would allow this location to continue to operate based on the amount of negative reviews. Spend your money elsewhere. Edit, we never did receive the rest of our order
