Nice theme restaurant, lots of cool signs and some tables have their own TV (which played Minions while we were there), but it could do with freshening up.The Peameal on a Kaiser was delicious and the kids menu is great value at $5.95 (fish and chips, burgers, chicken fingers, flapjacks plus others and comes with a fountain drink and ice cream).It was a fun stop on our route, the kids enjoyed it. Classic Diner! Very clean, fast, friendly. On the way home from Muskoka. It's very close to the highway. We're coming back!
Absolutely loved the food and the whole atmosphere of the diner. I would definitely come back because the food was fresh and served quickly immediately. The price was really good compared to other dive sites!

Great food, great experience! Stopped in for breakfast while going through Barrie. The decor was so fun, definitely retro! Our waitress, Lorrie was very busy but took every opportunity to tend to us. The food was sooo good. It came out quite quickly and hot! Can't wait to stop in again sometime!
We've been going to flashback diner for a very long time. We've always gone there as a family when I was younger and now that I have my own family, we bring my son here every so often. The food and portion size is always very good. Service was okay. I do understand the old school retro style diner, but I do feel like the diner could use a detailed cleaning,.
