Absolutely shocking experience. I make an order for our family at 19.30 which gets accepted on just eat by Ruby Open Kitchen. I then receive a call from them nearly an hour and half later saying they are sorry but they have to cancel the order as I am too far away only 10 minutes from my postcode to theirs. WHY accept the order and wait an hour and half to cancel it when we are expecting food. It is now nearly 9pm, the kids have school tomorrow so thanks so much for the unprofessional service. You even had the cheek to laugh when I said this is unprofessional and you have left us all with no food to eat tonight with it being our first night in our new home. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS!
The worst takeaway ever! Cold hard chips,vile tasting curry sauce and dried up salt and pepper chicken. Probably the worst meal we’ve ever had!
Very low quality battered chicken, soggy and prevents absorbing sauce. Sauces are watery. Large amount of onions, all expected vegetables are replaced with onion
Ordered for a take away. Asked for chicken satay with no onion. Basically got a chicken curry which is not what i ordered and the food was just not nice at all. Got to be the worst Chinese i have ever had.
