What turtys doesn't like about Ruby Open Kitchen:
Ordered the Thai green curry and beef with spring onion and ginger. Both were tasteless, full of onion and the sauce was watery. Chips were hard and over cooked. The only decent thing was the prawn crackers. Don’t usually use this Chinese and won’t again! Rubbish! View all feedback.
Had a lot of a ripper of rubys kitchen before, but had one last night for the first time in a few months and just wanted to let them know that it was absolutely delicious. Many thanks and our compliments to the chefs.
Polite staff, fast delivery and a good selection of food
Visited today, there was in our party and we had a brilliant visit. the mushrooms with black pudding and harrogate blue, amazing! by us ordered smoked squid that had run out, but the quick think team offered us laughing what was divine! third in the party had han chaseur, the huge park but was beautiful! for pudding we shared (from now on stuffed, but could not resist) bonfire to say that this was their first service, because they all made amazingly good and we are going to christmas again to see them again and enjoy some amazing food! Do not forget to eat the mushroom before I photographed it.
Raw chicken balls, poor delivery service! Complained about the chicken balls as they were pink inside (all 10) so they sent a replacement which turned up with hairs on them! First Delivery driver tired to step into the house whilst Covid-19 was happening and also over charged on the order... Will definitely not be returning!
Ordered for a take away. Asked for chicken satay with no onion. Basically got a chicken curry which is not what i ordered and the food was just not nice at all. Got to be the worst Chinese i have ever had.
