Doesnt listen to what you want and blames me for her not paying attention. Then the breakfast pizza looked like it was there since they opened. I'm surprised this store is even open. Should have new management in this place, ya know someone who cares..

I ordered a simple sandwi... read more I know it’s a gas station, but even at Crosby’s, you’d expect them to get basic food orders right. Apparently, that’s asking too much. I ordered a simple sandwich, and not only did they mess up the order completely, but the food was borderline inedible. The sandwich was made improperly and the bread was stale. The ingredients were sloppily thrown together without any care. What’s worse? When I tried to get it fixed, the staff couldn’t care less. No apology, no effort to correct their mistake—just a half-hearted “that’s what you ordered.” Seriously? It’s embarrassing how bad their customer service is. If you’re thinking about grabbing food at Crosby’s, do yourself a favor and skip it. You’d get better quality and service from a vending machine. This was an absolute waste of money, and I won’t be coming back.
