Chef Carlota Claver has taken Catalan cuisine to a new high and in a slightly new direction. She takes classics, like carn d’olla, and turns it into a gyoza that fuses the...flavors while respecting the origins. Same for her Canelones and garbanzo and lobster stew. She takes the work of Catalan stalwarts like C. Gaig, the L’Oliana sisters and N. Jubany and gives it a renewed and open minded spin. She does this in a fun and relaxed environment. Service needs work, it is still amateurish and not in keeping with the quality of the food and ambiance.

All plates have different taste and flavours that is impossible to be eliminated from your mind. Do not forget to leave a little bit of space...to spectacular desserts and obviously a perfect coffe. Price is balanced with quality, quantity, service and expirience recived. Carlota tranferred her sweetie to the team, enviroment and clients.
