It was recommended by the sommlier at Paolo Scavino Winery and while we tought at first it was closed we rang the bell and were admitted for lunch. It was the delight of our trip, an exquisite, memorable dining expereince. The dishes were beautifully, creatively presented and every mouthful was a delight, bursting with flavor. Each chef came to the table to explain each dish and in the end they received a standing ovation. The Spaghetti Ragout There is Not There was the finest, most delicious pasta dish I have ever eaten. There is also an excellent wine list! I expect Ristorante Antine will have their Michelin Star soon. We had 4 Michelin Star dinners on our trip and this experience outranked most of them.
