A wonderful experience! One of the best restaurants in the region with impeccable food, seamless service and enviable wine list. Highly recommend!
We happened upon this restaurant by chance. It was recommended by the sommlier at Paolo Scavino Winery and while we tought at first it was closed we rang the bell and were admitted for lunch. It was the delight of our trip, an exquisite, memorable dining expereince. The dishes were beautifully, creatively presented and every mouthful was a delight, bursting with flavor. Each chef came to the table to explain each dish and in the end they received a standing ovation. The Spaghetti Ragout There is Not There was the finest, most delicious pasta dish I have ever eaten. There is also an excellent wine list! I expect Ristorante Antine will have their Michelin Star soon. We had 4 Michelin Star dinners on our trip and this experience outranked most of them.
Excellent food, the chef really earns a Michelin star! Small comment: I ordered wine by the glass and because it was very warm also the open red wines came from the refrigerator and were served too cold. I would recommend to store these in a climate controlled wine cabinet.
Tasteful and excellent food. The service was great! It was clean and nice! We had a 6 course meal with wine (and cheese). We would love to come back!
Definitely deserves 5 stars Did not get any truffles here but really nice piedemonte specialties very fresh and delicious plus a few glasses of wine Place is very chic and upscale on the inside but reasonably priced in a small pretty, famous village of barbaresco I would come back
