Feedback
Bel & Brio is a restaurant that offers a mix of experiences, with some customers praising the food quality and variety, while others are disappointed by the slow and sometimes clumsy service. The ambiance is described as a mix of a local café and a high-end restaurant, with mixed reviews on the overall dining experience. Some customers love the coffee and pastry selection, while others find the staff forgetful and the billing process confusing. However, there are standout dishes like the pappardelle with wagyu beef cheek that receive high praise. Overall, Bel & Brio seems to offer a mixed but potentially enjoyable dining experience.
Every afternoon my colleague and I grab an afternoon coffee at Bel and Brio.We also ensure that we get there before 3pm so Daniel is there to make our coffee. Not only is he extremely friendly but his coffee is absolutely delicious and the perfect temperature! and if your lucky, he'll sing you Happy Birthday also :)
Love going to Bel & Biro ,leaves David Jones for dead theses days since the revamp .coffee is great and a small but good selection of pastries and cakes ,But the fruits and meats ,groceries and all the bits & bobs certainly is fantastic ,I would rather shop here than DJs .
Food might be ok.. but the service is shocking. It's soooooo slow, staff are quite happy to see you wait and wait and wait without caring. I won't be back
Excellent food and excellent service...I droppped my knife once and then my fork...without even raising up my hand the waiter came to my rescue...
We got shouted at by an elderly man for 'breaking ' the giant clock face when a bag got caught on the minute hand. Thought we were apologising to the manager when the french waitress reassured us it was just an observant gentleman with a fascination for clocks and livid at the hand unmoved on the half hour. Not sure if he had a few but the clock was then readjusted swiftly to the dot by the waiter. Well handled.
