Thought we were apologising to the manager wh... read more We got shouted at by an elderly man for 'breaking ' the giant clock face when a bag got caught on the minute hand. Thought we were apologising to the manager when the french waitress reassured us it was just an observant gentleman with a fascination for clocks and livid at the hand unmoved on the half hour. Not sure if he had a few but the clock was then readjusted swiftly to the dot by the waiter. Well handled.
