Beer, wine, cocktails smuggled into downtown Bar Harbor in a beautiful garden? Yes, please. Sea breeze and Adirondack chair are endlessly magnificent. People who watch A as delirical tourists wander on the main road. Must see people.

The Ivy Manor Inn has exceeded expectations in every way! Hospitality was top-tier, even the man who painted the outside walls left his colour role to open the door for us. Many thoughtful touches, including a bottle of wine in our room and a nice touch, because someone had noticed that my birthday was in two weeks. My partner and I were in the cottage, which was cozy, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. There were exposed bars, beautiful fireplace and thoughtful decoration in the whole hut. The bathroom was a little tight, but well equipped. Free breakfast and coffee was quite expansive for a continental breakfast. The atmosphere with the garden bar, fire pits and live music on the front lawn was amazing and added a lively mood to join with the public welcome. The location is also great, it is an extremely close walk to all center and a very short drive to Acadia. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Ivy Manor Inn was truly wonderful. My husband and I stayed in one of the cottages, and it felt like something out of a fairy tale. We celebrated our 20th anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better place. The cottage was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the lawn, and the outdoor fire pits were a lovely addition. We hope to return one day; it was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed.

We had a wonderful experience at Ivy Manor Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly, with housekeeping and the railing attendants always taking a moment to greet us with a smile or a wave. The property itself is like something out of a fairytale, and the bar at the front was excellent. We had no issues with the size of the TV in our room. Regarding the complaints about the outside bar seating, I believe they are unfounded. You need to purchase a drink to sit there if you’re not a guest, which seems reasonable. If someone chooses not to drink alcohol, that's a personal choice. Expecting to sit at a bar without ordering anything is simply unrealistic. The operation of the bar call was a bit tricky, but overall, if you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate!

A wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and available. It’s very well situated in town. Live music on the front lawn, open to the public. Comfortable mattresses and a cozy, warm decor. 10/10 will return. *This being and old converted manor, the walls are a bit thin, but we found that during the week (we left on Friday) things quotes down to almost a whisper by 10:30 pm. No deduction because overall value is so high and we didn’t lose any sleep or suffer any discomfort.
