Some of the oysters and mussels taste funny, the crab claw(could befrozen) are tasteless. Not to mention the lobster is definitely not a 2 pound. We had a 2 pound lobster at Portland the daybefore, the size of the lobster that was served today looks like a baby compare to the one we ate earlier. Clams is the only onethat taste good, but overall I felt like getting ripped off with the quality of the food they served us today. (2 stars for theservice, 0 for the food)

Pizza was a bit burnt on the bottom on like 1/2 of it. But it was still tasty. Lobster roll was delicious. We had someone recommend the blueberry beers in the area the one we got was a good beer but nothing blueberry about it.

We walked in the... read more I rarely leave reviews on google. Either it?s very good or very bad. Last time I did was for an amazing restaurant. This time is the opposite. We walked in the restaurant around 8:30pm, ended up waiting for 50mins for our food. So if you are hungry orjust finished the hike of the day, don?t come here. The service was not too bad. The waiter was nice. But the food quality andprice were?? the one we ordered was basically a seafood platter( wood grill fruit for two , supposed to be 2lb lobster,mussels,clam, scallops etc. first I am not sure it?s the real quantity as it described. I uploaded the photo. Second, basicallyeverything was dry and no taste(maybe that?s the wood grill taste supposed to be? .third, it is ?market price? which is $138before tax for this plate. So, if you want to wait for 50mins to eat a plate of no taste and dry seafood and pay $138, I thinkit is a great place!

Especially considering its close proximity to downtown Bar Harbor, the prices were very reasonable. We wanted to return during our short trip but had to force ourselves to branch out -it?s that good!

I had the... read more They let us bring our dog onto the enclosed patio. He was happy to curl up at my feet. My husband had the bacon wrapped meatloaf. It was outstanding. I had the Mac and cheese with lobster ????. It was to die for. I have food allergies and theywent above and beyond to be sure my food was safe. On top of safe it was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to makeour evening special. The craft beers were great as well. We can not wait for our next trip to this part of the world.
