Atlantic Eyrie Lodge - Bar Harbor

This place is amazing. Expedia calls it 2 stars, which is a gross error of justice. Great view, very friendly staff, beautiful heated saltwater pool and large complementary hot breakfast. It sits on the hill behind the Bluenose Inn, overlooking the top of it. It's a hidden jewel, and we'll be back!

This wasn’t my original first choice to book because I wanted something walking distance to downtown, but the private balcony ocean views you get with this hotel make it SO worth it. Big kudos for the patios also being carpeted so it has a nice flow from the suite with a screen door. The outdoor pool is heated and open from 8:30 in the morning, and was able to soak in som rays before checkout at 11. Other perks: Ample parking Free continental breakfast Clean, friendly and courteous front desk Only a 7min drive to Acadia/cadillac mountain and 5 min to Main St in downtown. This will be my go-to spot for future visits too.

Great view from our balcony. Clean, spacious room. Good complimentary breakfast. Very convenient to Acadia and town. Friendly staff. We had a great experience here.

Stayed at this hotel in July and it was incredible!! The shuttle service into town was so nice to have and take advantage of for dinner and shopping! The room was clean, had a gorgeous view of bar island and bar harbor. It was so nice being able to relax on the balcony and watch the sunrise/sunset. The pool was also really nice! The hot breakfast was great and very good as well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Clean rooms. Still following covid regulations during our stay. Housekeeping did replace towels upon request and took trash. complimentary breakfast every morning which had hot options of scrambled eggs, French toast stick, either bacon or sausage( everyother day rotation) and a potato option as well. great location to the park and down town. the view was great! on a not foggy day you can see the sun rise and the boats coming and going from the harbor.
