What Naishcombe likes about Peter's:
The range of opinions captures the essence of this distinctive cafe – you'll either adore it or despise it. We found it to be a delightful throwback in time. Discover the unique charm of Peter's Place in Waterville, a quaint cafe exuding a relaxed and quirky vibe. Delight in delicious homemade cakes and scones, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee. The owner, Peter, is known for his warm hospitality and interesting stories, adding to the overall experience. The cozy atmosphere, complete with antiques and classical music, sets the stage for a memorable visit. While the cafe's decor may be unconventional, the baking is top-notch, reminiscent of grandmother's home-cooked treats. A must-visit for those seeking a break from standard chain cafes, Peter's Place offers a delightful mix of history, humor, and delectable delights.
