We decided to have dinner at this restaurant because we expected something special. Initially, it seemed like it would be a pleasant experience, but it quickly turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had—not due to the food, but because the management lacked a basic understanding of what it takes to run a business. Our table was right next to a terrace door, and with the temperature at 48 degrees outside, it was uncomfortable. They allowed patrons to open the door and go outside to take photos, without considering our discomfort as we tried to enjoy a hot meal. It reached its peak when the owner opened the door and left it ajar for five minutes while chatting with a friend, remarking that some people enjoy the cool breeze. It was truly frustrating.
We visited the restaurant for dinner, anticipating a special experience. Initially, it seemed quite pleasant, but it ultimately turned out to be one of the worst meals we've ever had. This wasn't due to the food itself, which was fine, but rather because the owner displayed a significant lack of understanding about running a business. Our table was located next to a patio door, and with the temperature at 48 degrees outside, it became uncomfortable. Guests were allowed to open the door to go outside for pictures, yet no consideration was given to our discomfort from the cold breeze while we tried to enjoy a hot meal. To top it all off, the owner even left the door open for five minutes while chatting with a friend, casually remarking that some people actually enjoy the cool breeze.
