This restaurant serves authentic pho with minimal MSG. I really enjoyed the roasted chicken and rice, as well as the grilled pork chop with broken rice. Definitely the best rice dishes in Sydney, hands down. And the prices are very affordable.

I have been going to this restaurant for about 15 years now, and it has always been my go-to spot for pho. While everyone else raves about the pho at nearby places, I have always preferred the taste of the pho at Pasteur. There have been some changes over the years in terms of management, portion sizes, and prices, but in my opinion, it is still the best pho in Sydney. I highly recommend giving it a try if you find yourself in the area!

I am here three times, twice thanks to bankstown bites (an annual food tour sponsored by thetown banks council) and once with a friend. and every time I have eaten, I would look at the average. the laksa is too hard to begin, I. think they put too much cocos milk. I think you're pretty embarrassed. her fried rice is very common.

Tried here today instead of Pho An as i got a park out the front. Wow lovely sweet salty broth and beautifully thin quality meat for the pho. I also got Gui cuon which was an awesome sized serving and the best peanut sauce with...chilli and fresh peanuts. Nice noodle house set up and this place rocks! Great find. Lovely family business. I took photos

Always crowded which is a good sign but it's not my favourite Vietnamese Restaurant... Maybe it is too traditional I'm not sure because the Vietnamese all seem to eat there. I don't think their pho compares with The An and the meat is inferior quality
