First off, this place is no longer a brewery. It had been a husband and wife team (she the brewer, he the pit master , and she has passed. Tom (the owner now sources great local beer which he doesn’t readily disclose, offering only by variety (IPA, pils, hazy, porter.. honestly, I liked the purity and simplicity of it. What a gem of a place! Stopped by for a beer before heading back to Portland and had some of the BEST bbq—the meat was so tender that I didn’t need a knife. Everything was homemade! The beers were great, too! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: BBQ Meal
