First off, this place is no longer a brewery. It had been a husband and wife team (she the brewer, he the pit master , and she has passed. Tom (the owner now sources great local beer which he doesn’t readily disclose, offering only by variety (IPA, pils, hazy, porter.. honestly, I liked the purity and simplicity of it. Great beers. Beautiful accommodation in family-owned. Smoked meat is deliciously worth the stop. Just a few minutes from the highway!
