Steer clear of this restaurant if you drive a low-profile vehicle, as you may end up scraping the bottom of your car when trying to get in and out. It seems that the city of Bangor has some issues with its road paving.
The customer service at Dunkin' was absolutely terrible—I won’t be spending any money there again! I waited in line briefly behind two cars and then pulled up to the speaker, only to be told, "hold on, I’ll be right with you." Five minutes passed, and I was still waiting. I had to back up and pull forward again to activate the drive-thru intercom. When asked how I could be helped, I gave my order, but the clerk repeated it incorrectly. I corrected her, and she just asked, "Is that it?" Frustrated, I canceled my order. As I drove away, I noticed two employees chatting at the drive-thru window. I don’t know what was going on with them, but despite trying to be patient, this experience has ruined my impression of Dunkin'. The menu meant nothing if the service is this poor.
