What L T doesn't like about Starbucks:
Appallingly terrible customer service. Was waiting 20 mins for a mobile order. After asking I was told 5 times (because I had to ask multiple times over the next 15 minutes) they were making it. The last time I asked I was told “go to the line and get a refund”. They never started my drink and had me waiting 40 minutes to get A REFUND, causing me to be late for an appointment I told them I was on my way to. I’ll neve... View all feedback.
