Was Anonym at Explorer's Lounge a mag?
We were staying at the Lake Louise Inn and were tired and did not want to go far (not many options in Lake Louise) and so my sister and I thought that we would try this place in the Lake Louise Inn. We had Bison burgers and a side salad and it was fine. Nice atmosphere and nice service. It was wings night but I thought I can get wings back home. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Explorer's Lounge:
I don't really like writing bad reviews but this place was awful. We all thought we were getting pranked. The service was horrible. My friend ordered a poutine and for 11$ he got half a bowl of fries with 6 cheese curds and half a scoop of gravy. The hot and honey wings were so dry We could barley bite into them. The bison burger had to be soaked in gravy to be eatable. If your going to dine here I wouldn't expect to... View all feedback.

The lounge has a casual atmosphere and is perfect for enjoying drinks after skiing or grabbing a laid-back dinner. The server was well-informed about celiac disease and was able to advise me on which menu items could be prepared gluten-free, even confirming with the kitchen. The server provided excellent service. Although the menu does not indicate gluten-free options, you can speak with the server for assistance. The gluten-free dishes were clearly marked when served. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable.

This sports bar is located in Lake Louise Inn. They also provide food like steak and rib. We have coupon so order expensive steak it taste not bad.

Food and service was great then suddenly at 9pm the music was so loud no one could partake in conversations.

I was disappointed with the slow service at the restaurant. Our waiter was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed by the large crowd. The food, especially the impossible burger I ordered, was not good. It was dry and too salty, leaving me wondering how they could get such a simple dish wrong. In general, the experience was expensive and mediocre.

The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic. However, at 9pm, the music suddenly became unbearably loud, making it impossible to have a conversation. It was strange because up until that point, everyone was enjoying their meals. It felt like we had suddenly been transported to a club. We had to hastily settle our bill and leave. It was a disappointment.
