Was given drink tokens at check in to hotel but upon paying for bill they could not be used because the token use was not communicated properly. Overall expensive for what you get and service could be much better.

Riley was very attentive and conversational with us. As well, the staff treated us to champagne on the house in honor of our engagement which was so appreciated. Highly recommend the Bison skewer and the crème brûlée for anyone visiting! Brazen gets five stars from my new fiancée and me.
