What Maxie Morar likes about Barpa Bill's Souvlaki:
Love this place! We ate here 2 days in a row. Highly recommend the Barpa Burger & chicken pita. Most pita places use thin tasteless pita but the pita here was soft & delicious. The tzatzicki was so tasty & made the difference in the food too. The burger was one of the best I've had. The greek salad was excellent as well. If I lived in Banff, I would be a regular customer here. View all feedback. What Gabriela Melo doesn't like about Barpa Bill's Souvlaki:
I went there with my girlfriend for a dinner, firstly we dealt with a very grumpy man who literally didn't wanna take the order of the people in front of us for no reason. Then he felt really annoyed when we asked him 1 question about his menu. We finally took a lamb pita (it was good, nothing special), a greek salad (iceberg salad, 3 olives, no peppers, everything but a greek salad) and had to pay $12 and 8$ for 4 r... View all feedback.

We came here for a late lunch after a long tour dayOur guide said this place has won Best Burger in Banff for something like 10 years in a row.
I walked in, I ordered a burger, I got a Barpa Burger and I ate it at a counter in the restaurant.
This was our go-to place for affordable and high quality burgers and/or souvlaki in the downtown Banff area.
Tried it once and definitely would have liked to have returned to try it again and will next time I visit Banff, probably next year.

read moreLocated in Banff, this restaurant has received mix reviews from diners. While some have had experiences with grumpy staff and lackluster food, others have raved about the delicious meals and friendly service. The lamb pita and Greek salad were underwhelming according to one visitor, while another praised the Barpa Burger and chicken pita. Prices were reasonable, and dishes like Buffalo Burgers, Poutine, and souvlaki were enjoyed by many. The small, cozy space may not offer much seating, but the quality of the food seems to keep customers coming back. While some suggest adding more menu options to cater to different dietary needs, most agree that this spot is a great choice for a quick and tasty meal in Banff.
