The food was served quickly and piping hot, right off the grill. I was so impressed that I returned on my second night in Banff and had the beef and vegetable dish, which was just as tasty if not better. For an additional $1.89, I added a large drink to my meal, which I thought was a great deal. The food at Edo is low in fat and a healthy option for a meal. Overall, a great value for the price.
