What TAZ Gardiner doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I always come to this location because the staff is always friendly. 98% of the time get my coffee perfect. BUT, I bought a Boston cream donut and the way it was put in the bag.. All the chocolate was off the donuts. Very disappointed.. View all feedback.
Clean washrooms, helpful and friendly staff, dependable Tims food. It's our go-to spot when driving from Haliburton to Ottawa!
I usually dislike Tim Hortons, but this particular location is decent. The donuts tasted freshly baked, like they just came out of the oven. They had the classic sprinkle toppings, which have been difficult to find lately.
The restaurant is too small for the number of people it attracts. You can anticipate a crowded parking lot and lengthy queues.
Tried to stop for a bathroom break during our travels and the door were locked with customers still inside.
This restaurant is handling busy times efficiently by having a separate food area for the drive-thru and a walk-in area for service, ensuring that they do not interfere with each other. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms.
