I requested a refund multiple times, and each time they assured me I would get one. Then a new staff member came out to ask if I wanted a refund, only to tell me later that my food was ready. I decided to go ahead and take the meal, but I regret that decision because the fries were so cold I ended up throwing them away. The service here is absolutely terrible. I will never spend my money here again. If the staff spent less time chatting and more time working, it might improve the experience. I’d recommend going to the McDonald's in Essex instead of this place.
I highly advise against using the drive-thru at this restaurant! They have concrete barriers that make it impossible to exit if someone is behind you. I ended up being 30 minutes late to work because I was stuck in the drive-thru for nearly an hour waiting for my order.
As a door disc we must use most of the time with the running gear thru window. not cool. the lobby should be open, only maybe wendys would have more commands. think about the money they lose.
If I couldn't make any starts I would do, put on the slowest people to do the easiest things, like bagging over the door Dash orders. there are 8 people who work but a line for dune and auto thru always rushed. terrible managment
