This place is a must every time I'm in Baltimore. I don't think the owner is mexican, but most who work there are and they make thousands of fresh tortillas every day. I love eating too early eggs and chorizo when the tortillas are freshly hot. The Tacos are a must and I love above all the Barbacoa al pastor, but you cannot go wrong with any Taco option. Just north of Fells Point is a small taqueria popular among locals. Walk in and order at one of two registers. Within 10 minutes, your order will be ready. There?s a long window table, but most people get their order to go. Here?s my experience: 1) Menu: It?s large and includes tacos and other platters. My wife and I ordered the chorizo tacos. Homemade tortillas filled with meat can't be surpassed.
There's a reason this spot is a favorite in Baltimore! My top choice is the chorizo egg plate, paired with a tamale de rajas!
Quaint atmosphere, incredibly fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes are definitely American-sized. I will absolutely be returning!
This restaurant is a must-visit whenever I'm in Baltimore. I’m not sure if the owner is Mexican, but most of the staff is, and they prepare thousands of fresh tortillas daily. I particularly love indulging in huevos and chorizo with those piping hot tortillas. The tacos are essential, and I especially recommend the Barbacoa al pastor, though you can’t go wrong with any taco choice. They also make great lengua tacos.
The tacos and guacamole here are outstanding! I tried the Al Pastor and Carnitas, and both were delicious. The Habanero and Tomatillo sauces that accompany the dishes were fantastic. The guacamole is a bit pricey, but you get a generous portion. This place primarily focuses on take-out, but the service was incredibly quick—I didn't wait more than five minutes for my order. It’s definitely one of the best spots in the neighborhood, and I will absolutely be returning!
