Tooloulou - Baltimore

I've tried almost all the flavors—just 15 left to go! I keep track because I think it's a fun challenge. Most of the flavors I'm missing are summer ones since I discovered Cloudy when the Fed Hill location opened. I've made it a point to return every week to sample new options. Even though I'm not vegan, I still really enjoy their donuts and love the variety they offer!

My boyfriend and I have incorporated Cloudy into our weekly routine for trips and orders! We adore their innovative flavors and eagerly anticipate the new menu each week. They have graciously given us complimentary donuts a few times, and when they’ve run out of a particular flavor, they’ve offered to substitute it with another. Our puppy also loves the dog donuts! Baltimore—and soon Brooklyn—is incredibly fortunate to have them!

The most adorable little donut shop in Federal Hill! This conveniently located spot on Charles Street has reintroduced gourmet donuts to the area. The customer service was outstanding, and the donuts were even more impressive! And did I mention they're vegan? I highly recommend it!

When I first heard of vegan donuts, I will have to admit I was hesitant. Boy, was I wrong, these are the best donuts I have ever had, and I've had plenty. From the flavor in the pistachio, the tart in the raspberry, the warmth of the maple, these donuts hit the spot! Easy online ordering and the ability to have it delivered made it possible for me to share my love with others at our most recent office event. They were a big hit! Thank you CD, see you soon!

This place is amazing. I really wanted a donut and found this. Glad I came! The owner was there and another staff member. I wish I got their names but anyway! The donuts were so good! I got the banana parline and sugar powered donut and they were kind enough to gift me the chai ones. Definitely recommend !
